First let the Mage be proficient in
Wizard's Mark
,
Clairvoyance
and
Clairaudience
.
Then let him select a mirror, glass sphere, bowl, jewel or similar scrying device.
He shall then proceed to "open" the device by inscribing upon it a sign of farseeing.
Let him use this device and only this device for all scrying operations, as it will improve with use.
This Mirror may also be used to cast spells upon a target at a distance with greater accuracy, by first observing the target before acting.
