  3. He shall then proceed to open a channel to his victim and establish a rapport with him, empathizing as closely as possible with his victim's activity at the time of action.
  4. Let him then select a crucial moment and deliberately flub his own empathic impression of the activity so as to feel the failure himself.
  5. This may be enhanced by sending the message "Oops."
