1. Let the Mage first be familiar with Wizard Lock, Phantasmal Force, and Bind, as well as with raising and directing energy.
  2. Let him then select his Target, which can only be a person.
  3. Let him then construct in his mind an image of chains about his target's ankles, and charge them highly with energy.
  4. This spell is best done while the target is at rest, and by giving him a very small area to which he is bound.
  5. This spell may also be reversed to prevent a person from entering an area, by changing the image to that of chains around an area.
