1. Let the Mage first be expert in the use of Message.
  2. Then let him direct his attention to the direction from whence he wishes to draw the Winds.
  3. The Mage shall then loose a long shrill whistle in that direction, dropping off at the end of his very breath.
  4. This he shall do three times, each time sending a Message to the Winds, saying only "Come".
  5. This spell may also be used to still wind, bring rain, or redirect a storm.
