1. Let the Mage be prepared with a length of Cord and a waxen or clay image of his victim.
  2. He shall then proceed to bind the Cord tightly about the image so that the limbs are deeply scored.
  3. He shall chant as he does this:
    "Thout tout throughout and about
    If fire arise it shall be put out"
  4. This spell prohibits the ambitious motion of his victim, draining him of energy and robbing him of the vital currents whereby he finds joy in life.
  5. The Mage may also find it profitable to bind the image of his enemy to the image of another person or thing wherewith the Mage wishes to see his victim become obsessed.
