Let him them select his target and the message to be sent.
He shall then proceed to meditate, imagining himself to be in a comfortable room with his target.
In his meditation, he shall speak aloud to his target and say his message in great detail.
With experience, the Mage will find it profitable to Listen for his target's replies and continue a conversation about the message. With practice a two-way channel may be opened.
