Let the Mage first be absolutely expert in raising and directing energy.
Let him then select his target.
He shall then proceed to touch his target, directly upon the target's bare skin if possible.
Let him then begin to draw from his target, the essence of his lifeforce.
This energy must be drawn as quickly and massively as possible, and should be accompanied with an indrawn breath as the Mage ingests his victim's lifeforce. It must also be "digested", or broken down and undifferentiated as quickly as possible, lest the Mage run the risk of confusion and mild madness.
