Find an animal (preferrably something domestic and normally used for food, shoes, or other household goods) to represent one who speaks against you. Perhaps they spread rumors, or are testifying against you in court, or prevent you from working with all their gab....here you go. Take that chosen animal's tongue, an appropriate-coloured ribbon, an image of that person, and a nail. Now write your binding in black ink on the ribbon - Psalm 109 works well. Take the whole mess to a tree, and tie it up so that the tongue is behind the victim, and the knot on the ribbon is over their mouth. Now drive a nail into that knot and leave it there.
