Make a small draw string bag out of white cotton. Create a sigil for protection, and draw it on the outside of the bag or on a piece of paper (torn on all sides) which you put inside the bag. Then put three bay leaves, some High John the Conqueror root, eucalyptus, sage, marjoram, mint, and cinnamon. Spit in the bag, tie it up and then feed it some whisky. Carry it on you always, feed it whiskey every week, and don't let other people touch it.
