 Wrap a bat's heart and powdered moth's wings inside a small silk pouch with an eye inscribed on the exterior. On the back of the pouch, make a word by which you may call and command the Wizard Eye. Speak this word when you wish to evoke the Eye, giving it a drop of your blood for sustenance. The Eye will function as an aethyric spy under your control until the blood becomes dry.
