 On three nut shells, write glyphs representing qualities of fear, sorrow, and excitement. Over each of these, individually, speak the magic word of the respective quality, then shake them together in the hand. As you shake, declare that these qualities will manifest in those within the triangle defined by the position of the three nuts. Then toss the nuts out, saying, "Go nuts!"
