Take a bowl of water, the bowl should either be white, silver or blue. Consecrate the water to the moon.  Circle the bowl nine times with your dagger to "open" it.  Draw the name of your target over the bowl, and then scry to see your target.  Whisper a bittersweet poem about longing for you into the bowl.  Make sure it contains things to remind the individual about your qualities which will be missed.  Try to create the emotion of longing in yourself and let the poem carry it so that as the words fall into the water they sink down carrying the emotion into your target's mind.

It is best to do this at night with moon light while the target is sleeping.  You can add oils to the water which are connected to the moon, to love, and which are reminiscent of a scent you wear.
