1. Let the Mage first be proficient in the use of Chill Touch and Phantasmal Force.
  2. He shall then concentrate on his left hand, creating an image of it to encompass his own like a glove.
  3. The Mage shall then commence to draw the energy from that image as he did his own hand in Chill Touch.
  4. The image of his Hand may then be sent anywhere to touch anyone he wishes to harm and from which he wishes to steal lifeforce.
  5. This may be repeated as well, returning the Hand to himself and drawing the lifeforce from it for his own use before sending it back out.
