 When creating a charm or talisman from an herb select one that conveys the strengths you seek. Place a bit of the herb/s in a small pouch or other device that one can easily carry about with them. Use a ritual or ceremony that you are comfortable with to possess the power to attract and hold your intention. The possibilities are endless one may use a 'smudge', burn candles, or chant to name a few.
